Choose your Event Shirt Option and let your Client Care Consultant know who your Event Shirts contact is.
Confirm Key Program Details with your Client Care Consultant.
Send your Class Lists to your Client Care Consultant.
Recruit Core Volunteers.
3 Months Before Kickoff
Confirm Event Shirt Option.
Start gathering Shirt Sponsors, if applicable.
Schedule your Planning Meeting with your Client Care Consultant.
2 Months Before Kickoff
Finalize Key Program Details before or at your Planning Meeting.
Fill out your Planning Survey, provided by your Client Care Consultant.
Check in with your Event Shirt Consultant with any updates or questions.
5 Weeks Before Kickoff
DEADLINE: Confirm Key Program Details for your program.
DEADLINE: Confirm your School Incentives. Here's a list of ideas to help!
Finalize your Event Shirt order with your consultant.
If this is your first program, or your Merchant Account information has changed, enter your Merchant Account Info on your mybooster.com Admin Dashboard.
Get familiar with your Admin Dashboard Home Page on mybooster.com! Ask your Client Care Consultant for access, if you do not have it already.
Make sure your Client Care Consultant has your Class Lists for registration to open.
If not done, send your Client Care Consultant your list of Teacher Shirt Sizes to ensure these arrive on time.
If not done, fill out your Planning Survey, provided by your Client Care Consultant.
2-3 Weeks Before Kickoff:
Make sure all teachers have any emails/information needed for a successful program! If hosting your Teacher Meeting, use this guide to prepare.
1 Week Before Kickoff:
Get ready to receive your shipment! Here's an overview of what you'll find. A pack list for your specific shipment will be emailed to you.

Set up a Facebook Event to invite parents and families to follow along with photos and promotion.
2 Weeks Before Kickoff
Send "REGISTRATION OPEN" promo materials to your community! Find these customized resources from your Client Care Consultant.
A "2 week out" flyer is available this week to send home to families. Print and sort ahead of time to make sure these go out this week!
If you have set an "early registration" incentive, be sure to hype this up with parents and/or students!
1 Week Before Kickoff
Send "Early Registration Reminder" materials to your community! Find these customized resources from your Client Care Consultant.
A "1 week out" flyer is available this week to send home to families. Print and sort ahead of time to make sure these go out this week!
If you have set an "early registration" incentive, keep hyping this up. If the winner will be chosen on Kickoff Day, let them know "there's just one week left to register early!"
When you receive your shipment this week, decorate your campus with fun posters, if you're able!

Daily Student Experience
Students watch all program videos to follow along with our newest character enrichment theme, Grand Land Adventure!
Students will receive prizes, found in your shipment (if applicable), to motivate for donations and excitement each day.

Daily Teacher Experience
Teachers will have access to their individual teacher dashboards to stay up-to-date on class information and character videos! Click here to find those codes.
Teachers can use their Teacher Kit (found in shipment) to motivate with a class "Tracker" and build community with a class flag.

Daily Parent/Sponsor Experience
Promotion is important to keep families involved in what's happening at the school. Find Communication Templates on your Digital Easy List, or ask your Booster Team for these!
If you set up a Facebook Event, or plan to promote on another website/page, posting videos or photos from the day helps keep parents in-the-know!

Collections Wrap Up Our website makes it EASY to wrap up your Booster program within just a few weeks!
Wrap Up Meeting
Feedback and Wrap Up Meeting
Your Client Care Consultant will schedule a wrap-up meeting with you in the weeks after your event. Here's what to expect:
Discuss final program stats
Your consultant will want to hear any and all feedback you have on the program
Discuss when you'd like to book for next year, as our calendar fills up quickly!
You may receive an email survey after the program has completed asking for your feedback.
Collections
Option 1: Run and Done Model (Sponsors can "Pay Online Now to Donate") *Recommended*
Submit final cash/check totals to your Client Care Consultant (if any), then deposit into the school or parent group account.
Plan to easily pay your invoice in the weeks following the event.
Pass out final prizes (if applicable)
High-Value Prizes will be shipped after the event day! Ask your Booster Team for more information, if you have questions.
Follow up with any Corporate Matching Gifts that are outstanding to maximize your funds raised!
Option 2: Post-Program Collections Model (Sponsors can "Donate Now and Pay Later")
Plan your Collections Volunteers for a week after the event to meet at the school or other location. 4-6 volunteers recommended for 2-3 hours.
Submit final cash/check totals to your Client Care Consultant.
Plan to easily pay your invoice after each count.
Pass out final prizes (if applicable)
High-Value Prizes will be shipped after the event day! Ask your Booster Team for more information, if you have questions.
Follow up with any Corporate Matching Gifts that are outstanding to maximize your funds raised!
Rebooking & Other Offerings
In certain time blocks and service models, our calendar fills up quickly! If you're ready to rebook (which we always recommend!) let your Client Care Consultant know ASAP.
