We're here to help every step of the way! Your Client Care Consultant is a great resource to help guide you through your program. You will also have access to customized communication resources and daily checklists on your Admin Dashboard. Just let your consultant know who needs access to this dashboard!

What if volunteers can't get on campus?

Unexpected events happen, but that doesn't mean fundraising needs to stop! Our program is adaptable for any type of on-campus learning - from in-person to virtual. Connect with your Client Care Consultant for options to determine what's best for your school.

Where do I find my school's communication materials?

Once your program details have been confirmed with your Client Care Consultant, they'll be able to prepare all of your communication for your to simply copy & paste! You can find this on your admin dashboard under "resources" or on this site, here. Not sure what program details they'll need? Check out this document.

What if I miss a deadline for shirts or another resource?

The deadlines given by your Client Care Consultant and your Digital Easy List help keep planning on track. A missed deadline simply means that production and resourcing may be pushed back. If a deadline is missed, that's okay! Simply get the resource missed to your Client Care or Spirit Wear Consultant ASAP.
